Program Overview

Latino Leadership Programs will be more effective and have greater impact when directors and staff participate in leadership development at the highest level and utilize this knowledge to improve their programs and communities. To accomplish this Lideramos launched a Fellowship in partnership with the renowned Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). LIDERAMOS selected 12 Fellows in 2019 to participate. The fellows attend a one-week Leadership Development Program at CCL receiving training utilized by thousands of corporate executives each year – very few nonprofits can afford this caliber of leadership development.

Fellows meet as a group to discuss their experience and recommend on how to bring what they learn at CCL to their leadership programs and communities. They disseminate and teach this at the 2019 National Latino Leadership Symposium in Denver, Colorado.
